DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Please make sure you order correctly. Provide your exact and correct address.
 Read all information provided on our site. And make a knowledgeable decision when ordering. Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. You may return most new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund.You should expect to receive your refund within 1 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return and, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request  

CUSTOM ORDER RETURN POLICY: 

( custom order includes dying service, wig making service etc) 

Custom orders may only be exchanged for store credit for the merchandise value with the exception of unique custom orders. We do not offer refunds. 



CANCELLATION POLICY:


If you need to cancel an in stock order, you may do so provided it has not already been processed and shipped. All custom wig orders may NOT  BE CANCELED All sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges on custom orders.
